Why your dog will love us..
Our resorts have large kennels that lead directly onto grassed and fenced excercise areas where dogs are let out to play every morning and afternoon (Weather Permiting). We have separate sections for Puppy's (under 10kgs), Teenagers, Adult dogs and Senior dogs. All guest's are asessed on check in with consideration given to there own individual needs according to breed, age and individual temperament, and where possible we find companion for your dog to board with so they enjoy their holiday even more. Dogs are encouraged to play and socialise with other dogs of similar size and nature so they enjoy more playtime and exercise out of the kennels. Vaccination and other requirements             Dogs must be over 5 months of age and be fully vaccinated. They must be up to date with their annnual C5 vaccination and worming. Tick protection is compulsory all year round. We recomend Preventik collars which are available for purchase at reception. We prefer all dogs over 12 months to be desexed. We only except sociable dogs.  

Pick up a clean, happy dog                                 Most importantly we aim to return your dog to you refreshed and invigorated after having had a marvellous time on their holiday - some people have said, "the dog had better accommodation than me". But the reality is no matter how clean the facilities dogs can and will get dirty when they stay and play at the kennels.  Have your dog bathed so they come home clean and fluffy smelling like like a rose. Hydrobaths, with blow dry & coat conditioner cost $18-$22 (complementary for stays of 7 days or more in the kennels). We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your pick up time or date as bathing is normally done between 10am -12 noon prior to your booked pick up time.

*Rates quoted are for standard boarding based on shared accommodation off peak. Peak periods add $2.50. Individual kennels incur additional fees and are not available during peak periods. #Entire dogs are not excepted during peak/holiday periods. Prices include GST.          

Pick Up & Delivery                                    We can pick up or deliver your pet from your home, the office or the airport. Pick up & Delivery is available Mon-Fri (except public holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year week). Prices start from $22 each way                

Walking                                                                       Every dog loves walk..  Have your dog walked on a lead around our beautifully landscaped and award winning gardens, where they can meet some our miniature donkeys & baby horses. 5-10 minute walks are available once or twice daily and cost $6

Veterinary Services - accident or illness               In the event of accidental injury or illness we have arrangements with the best veterinary clinics in Logan & Redlands who we can call upon to look after your pet, 24 hours per day if necessary. Should your pet require vet treatment for any reason and  the need is non urgent - we will phone you first, if the need is urgent - we phone the vet first. All veterinary fees and transport cost's to and from the vets are the responsiblity of the pet owner, and must be paid prior to the release of the pet.
